The Minister for Family Affairs and Integration has sent a letter to ORPEA Luxembourg Exploitations SARL, requesting additional information in the context of the examination of the application for approval to operate a residence for the elderly in Luxembourg-Merl.
The letter in question was also sent for information to the members of the Family and Integration Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. With this letter, the minister also sent the deputies a report from the French General Inspectorate of Finance and the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs of March 2022 on the management of the ORPEA group's residential care facilities for the elderly (EHPAD).
The Minister has undertaken to keep the MEPs informed as soon as she receives a response.
