On 18 November, the Minister for Family Affairs and Integration and sponsor of the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter, Corinne Cahen, took part in a webinar on diversity, organised by Pictet Women's Network.
On this occasion, the Minister discussed with Nancy Thomas, Director of IMS and Vincent Eggen, CEO of Pictet Technologies, the biases of diversity, the idea of psychological safety and the importance of continuing to promote diversity in business but also in everyday life.
"The best argument for diversity in companies is that the economic results are better," she explained during the question and answer session. "To break the bias, we need to be even more aware of our differences and especially the strengths that these differences bring.
