The Ministry of Family Affairs, Integration and the Greater Region wishes to continue and develop its efforts to prevent over-indebtedness among private individuals. It is therefore organising, together with Inter-Actions asbl and the Ligue Médico-Sociale, the first national week for the prevention of overindebtedness from 24 to 28 April 2023.
As part of this week, several actions are being organised across the country to raise awareness of the phenomenon of over-indebtedness and existing support measures among relevant professionals and the general public.
The actions include
- open doors of the medico-social centres,
- training courses for professionals,
- Information sessions for human resources,
- presentations of financial education tools,
- object theatre for children.
