The Ministry's Reception Division is responsible for coordinating thematic and policy issues relating to the reception of applicants for international protection and the missions of the National Reception Office (ONA).
National Reception Office
The National Reception Office is responsible for organising the reception of applicants for international protection, temporary protection and subsidiary protection. The ONA manages a vast network of accommodation facilities reserved for the temporary housing of applicants for international protection, beneficiaries of temporary protection and persons eligible for subsidiary protection.
