The integration programmes aim to facilitate the orientation of foreigners in Luxembourg and their participation in the social and political life. The various services enable participants to get to know Luxembourg better, its languages, history, values and traditions, and to familiarise themselves with administrative procedures and daily life in the Grand Duchy.
The Department of Integration offers two integration programmes:
- The Welcome and Integration Contract (CAI) is a voluntary integration programme for non-Luxembourg residents aged 16 and over living in Luxembourg
- The Accompanied Integration Path (PIA) is an integration programme for applicants for international protection (DPI) and beneficiaries of international protection (BPI).
