Guide to the inclusion of transgender people in the workplace
The aim of this document is to present the basic notions related to transidentity, the Luxembourg legal framework, the stereotypes to be deconstructed, as well as practical advice to be implemented in companies. It will allow organisations in the Grand Duchy and their employees to learn about trans-identity or to find support and advice.
